1) Application and Payment

  1. Applications must be made using the online form on this website or the same information submitted by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. If you are invited to an interview to progress your application you must pay a deposit of GBP300
  3. If we do not offer you a place your deposit GBP300 will be refunded to you
  4. If you do not accept an offered place your GBP300 deposit will not be refunded to you
  5. Responsibility for our acceptance on the Delta course lies solely with the Course Tutor
  6. Once you have been accepted on to the Delta course you must pay the balance GBP2650 at least 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the first session
  7. If your acceptance on to the Delta course is within 4 weeks of the start date you must pay the balance GBP2650 immediately
  8. All payments must be made in GB Pounds by credit card online at www.paykingsway.com or by bank transfer
  9. If you pay by bank transfer you must pay all the bank charges

2) Variations

  1. Any changes in policy by Cambridge English may cause us to vary the course programme without prior notice for which we do not accept responsibility consequential or otherwise
  2. Any changes in the course programme will be will be decided in consultation with the course participants but the Course Tutor will have the final say
  3. Teaching observations arranged in advance may be reasonably rescheduled in consultation and agreement with the Course Tutor.
  4. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for rescheduled observations to cover any unreasonable extra expense
  5. If you submit any assignment or mock exam paper after the deadline we will make a charge of GBP50 for late marking
  6. All components of the course must be completed within 12 months of the start date of the course. After this period we will make additional charges to cover any remaining or outstanding components not completed.

3) Cancellations

  1. Your deposit of GBP300 is non-refundable except in the event that we have to cancel the course for any reason whereupon the deposit will be refunded
  2. If you cancel your place on the course with more than 4 weeks notice we will refund all of your money except for the GBP300 deposit
  3. If you cancel your place on the course with 4 weeks or less notice we will not refund any money
  4. If you withdraw from the course after it has started we will not refund any money unless there are extreme or unavoidable circumstances for example your serious illness or injury
  5. If for any reason we have to cancel the course a full refund of all money received will be made to you. Any liability will be limited to the money received by us and we will not be liable for any loss consequential or otherwise

4) Insurance

  1. Insurance cover for buildings and public liability is arranged by us
  2. This does not cover any liabilities to do with your own arrangements or cancellation. It is strongly recommended you arrange insurance to cover your liabilities
  3. Your personal belongings are left in your classroom or elsewhere on our premises entirely at your own risk
  4. We shall accept no liability to you for any loss damage or injury howsoever caused to your personal property except to the extent such loss damage or injury is caused by the negligence or willful default by us

5) Force Majeure

  1. No liability can be accepted and no compensation will be paid by us where you suffer any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, inconvenience or otherwise, or where the performance or prompt performance of any obligations by us are prevented or affected, by any event which we could not have reasonably foreseen or avoided including war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions closure of international borders, disease, none availability of transport services, interruption to services/utilities and all similar events outside our control
